Description: Managed-Service Operations: Execute campaign QA across various platforms such as The Trade Desk (TTD), Meta, and Google/YouTube. Manage and analyze audience match rates between LiveRamp and ad platforms. Self-Serve Operations: Assist with the curation of audience segments and management of destination accounts using LiveRamp. Facilitate deal ID creation on the PubMatic platform. Support Billing Operations: Prepare and provide accurate billing reports to streamline accounting accruals on the 1st day of each month. Confirm billable media spend as required by advertisers. Procurement and Purchase Order Management: Manage the purchase order process by securing approvals and necessary signatures from procurement and other stakeholders, including high-level executives. Cross-functional Collaboration and Innovation: Independently oversee assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient and timely completion with minimal supervision. Foster strong internal and external relationships to optimize operations and support business growth
Skills: Proven experience (2-4 years) in media/ad operations, with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. Organized Self Starter: Demonstrated track record of self-motivation and willingness to proactively and independently take on ownership roles in projects, prioritize what matters, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously. Working knowledge of ad-serving technologies and DSP platforms such as The TradeDesk, Meta, Google Ads, Amazon DSP, and Pubmatic. Familiarity with tools such as LiveRamp, boostr, Coupa, Smartsheets is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
