This is a full-time Level 2 Help Desk role for a managed services provider near Cherry Hill, NJ. The company offers technical support to both smaller and medium-sized businesses.

The ideal candidate for this job will have strong customer service skills as the position is client facing. They also should have technical experience working with Windows servers and OS environments. Some of the core values of this company are communication, dependability, and teamwork. Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems or related field or 3+ years of related work experience
  • Professional, friendly attitude when talking on the phone
  • Ability to explain technical terminology to technical and non-technical individuals
  • Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Experience using Windows Server Operating Systems (Active Directory and Group Policy)
  • Understanding and experience working with VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Microsoft 365 stack (Intune, SharePoint, and Defender)
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute, and physically lift and move existing and new PC system components
  • Demonstrates a high-level understanding of SMB Networking equipment (SonicWall, FortiGate, Meraki, and UniFi)
  • Candidate must have reliable transportation
