Are you ready to grow your IT career in a fast-paced, client-facing environment? We're looking for a Junior MSP Support Engineer to join a leading Managed Services Provider based in South Jersey. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone early in their IT career looking to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies. You'll be working 100% onsite, supporting a diverse client base with both systems and network infrastructure.

This is not your typical helpdesk role. You'll be on the front lines of client environments—troubleshooting issues, supporting deployments, and learning directly from experienced engineers. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in IT, a hunger to learn, and a customer-first attitude. You’ll gain exposure to multiple industries and technologies, all while being part of a supportive, tight-knit team.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of IT support experience (MSP or multi-client environment preferred)

  • Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365

  • Basic knowledge of networking: switching, routing, firewalls, and DNS

  • Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve end-user hardware/software issues

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Must be based in South Jersey and able to work onsite

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, etc.)

  • Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications (A+, Net+, MTA, etc.)

  • Exposure to backup systems and disaster recovery solutions

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or M365 administration

  • Comfortable in a client-facing, fast-paced MSP environment

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
  • 50% Systems Support (Windows Server, M365, AD)

  • 50% Networking Support (Firewalls, Switches, Basic Routing)

Daily Responsibilities
  • 70% Hands-On Troubleshooting & Support (remote and onsite)

  • 20% Installations & Client Onboarding

  • 10% Documentation & Ticket Management
