Are you a Microsoft Engineer looking to take your Azure and Entra ID expertise to the next level? A growing Philadelphia-based Managed Services Provider (MSP) is looking to add a Microsoft Systems Engineer to their team. You’ll be supporting a diverse client base across industries while leveraging Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies to design, implement, and support modern cloud and hybrid environments.

This position is primarily remote, but candidates must live within 30 miles of Philadelphia for occasional onsite client visits.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3–5+ years of experience in Microsoft systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles
· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, and security)
· Expertise with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) configuration and management
· Experience with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
· Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls, VPNs)
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients

Desired Skills & Experience

· Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-500, or similar)
· Experience with Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, or conditional access policies
· Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation
· Background working with MSPs or multi-tenant environments
· Understanding of backup solutions (Veeam, Datto, etc.)

· 10% Client-Facing / Project Consulting
· 10% Team Collaboration & Documentation
