Cloud Solutions Architect / NYC / On-site

This is an opportunity to join a lean, high-intensity infrastructure team building AI systems for elite financial institutions. This is a full-time, onsite role based in New York City, working with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern observability tooling to drive secure, scalable cloud environments that power next-generation AI platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and directly with enterprise clients, guiding architecture, ensuring security, and delivering solutions that accelerate knowledge creation in financial services.

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you’ll be responsible for designing and deploying secure cloud environments, managing customer relationships, and driving end-to-end execution for AI solution rollouts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration with client systems while aligning with best practices for scale, security, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (cloud engineering or solutions architecture)

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm

• Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, etc.)

• Fluent in cloud security and networking best practices

• Ability to design scalable, secure, high-performance infrastructure across enterprise environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable with executive-level client interaction

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries

• Familiarity with Datadog or other telemetry/observability tools

• Strong networking background

• Experience with typed languages such as Python, Java, Rust, or Go

• Previous experience in high-growth or startup environments
