Customer Success & Account Management – B2B SaaS
Remote | Full-Time
Looking for a high-ownership role where you’ll manage a multi-million-dollar book of business end to end? We’re hiring a proactive, relationship-driven operator to lead customer success, drive expansion, and own renewals from kickoff to close.
What You’ll Do:

Own onboarding, activation, adoption, and renewal for a portfolio of high-value B2B SaaS accounts

Drive fast time-to-value and long-term retention through strong implementation and stakeholder alignment

Lead QBRs, build executive relationships, and surface expansion opportunities across accounts

Manage a rolling pipeline of renewals and upsells, handling everything from proposal to procurement

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to close gaps and unlock growth

Codify repeatable playbooks as we scale
Who You Are:

2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing SaaS roles

Proven track record growing and retaining large accounts

Strong commercial instincts: comfortable with pricing, upsells, negotiations, and forecasting

Effective communicator with strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
-
Bonus if you’ve worked in regtech, compliance, or financial services—or have startup experience
