They’re hiring a Business Development Associate to drive revenue growth, expand relationships, and support the sales cycle from first contact through close. You’ll manage outbound prospecting, qualify leads, represent the company at industry events, and work cross-functionally to progress opportunities. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-moving, technical environment.
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in B2B business development, inside sales, or similar role

Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification

Strong written communication and personalized outreach skills

Organized with CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Skilled at virtual and in-person discovery meetings

Familiarity with proposal and contract management tools

Willingness to travel 25–35% for conferences and client meetings

Experience with SaaS or cloud-based products required

Interest in technology, data, or systems management
Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new business opportunities

Conduct discovery meetings and product overviews

Draft proposals, manage revisions, and assist with contracts

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

Represent the company at industry events and manage follow-ups

Share prospect insights with internal teams to refine offerings

Contribute to improving sales processes and enablement materials
Compensation & Benefits
