Founding Full Stack Engineer (In-Person, NYC)

Join a small, technical team building the future of LLM infrastructure. We're creating open-source tools that help developers optimize and monitor LLM applications at scale — from prompt tuning and routing to real-time evaluations and A/B testing. We're looking for a founding engineer who is excited to work across the stack and contribute to impactful, user-facing features.

Our Stack
Frontend: React, Radix UI
Backend: Rust, TypeScript
ML: Open-source tools for fine-tuning, evaluation, and experimentation
Infra: Unified API for LLMs with built-in observability and routing

This is an in-person role based in New York City. We work together in the office five days a week to maximize collaboration and speed.

What You’ll Do
Build and own high-impact features across our product surface
Contribute to open-source tooling and infrastructure for LLM applications
Collaborate with experts in frontend, backend, and machine learning
Lead development of critical components like our observability dashboard
Shape the early engineering culture, practices, and roadmap

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience as a software engineer
Proven ability to take ownership of complex, full-stack projects
Strong product sense and attention to design and developer experience
Comfort working in fast-paced, in-person environments
Curiosity and hunger for continuous learning and improvement
