Their product acts as a digital ally to C-suite leaders, synthesizing information across meetings, emails, and chats to surface actionable insights. They’re looking for a Product Design Lead to join the team in New York City on a hybrid basis—working onsite three days per week. This role will play a pivotal part in evolving the product’s user experience and visual identity. Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of experience, particularly in designing for AI-powered products or workflow automation tools. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to shape intuitive, impactful design solutions and help define the next generation of executive tooling.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in product design, ideally with AI or workflow automation products

• Proven ability to design and ship 0 to 1 products

• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio showcasing high-quality design work

• Experience creating and maintaining design systems

• Startup or fast-paced environment experience, comfortable navigating ambiguity

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of user research methodologies and an iterative design mindset

Responsibilities:

• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered designs

• Lead design initiatives from concept through execution

• Own and evolve the product’s design system and processes

• Partner with engineers and product managers to align design with business goals

• Conduct user research and integrate findings into iterative design cycles

• Promote design best practices and potentially oversee work from external design partners

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience/fit, along with equity and a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
