They are currently seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their high-performance, cross-functional team. This is an opportunity to shape the user experience of a sophisticated AI platform, transforming complex financial workflows into intuitive, elegant user interfaces. You’ll collaborate across engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that not only look great but also align seamlessly with customer needs and product objectives. You’ll be expected to contribute to design systems and drive user-centric decision-making across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with complex digital platforms

• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools

• Strong portfolio highlighting user-centered design for digital products

• Experience working on a Design system end to end

• Skilled in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to align design goals with technical constraints

• Experience collaborating directly with engineers to deliver development-ready assets

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for a financial AI platform

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

• Translate complex AI functionalities into user-friendly interfaces

• Develop and maintain a scalable, consistent design system

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams

• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, especially those at the intersection of AI and finance

Compensation, Benefits & Culture

This role offers a competitive salary between $100,000 and $130,000, depending on experience.
