Hiring a Frontend Engineer | NYC | 4 days onsite | $80k–$200k + equity

We're a seed-stage startup building fintech products to make homeownership more stable and predictable in a world of increasing climate risk. Our first product helps property owners lock in insurance premiums for multiple years — it’s live, in use, and generating revenue.

We’re looking for our first frontend engineer to help craft a thoughtful, high-performance UI for both homeowners and industry pros.

What you'd be working with:

• Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript

• Figma designs from an in-house designer

• APIs delivering predictive pricing + policy data

You’ll build:

• Dashboards, quoting tools, pricing visualizations

• Agent workflows and mobile-first customer flows

• UI that directly impacts real dollars and user trust
