As a leading healthcare provider, they understand the critical role that technology plays in delivering patient care efficiently and securely. They are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join the team and contribute to the excellence of IT services.

Job Description:
You will be a vital part of the IT team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of IT systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing technical support to healthcare professionals and staff, ensuring they can access and utilize their systems effectively.
- Diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues, both hardware and software, in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
-Managing and maintaining SaaS platforms, ensuring they meet security and compliance standards.
- Utilizing JIRA and ServiceNow for efficient issue tracking, ticket resolution, and asset management.
- Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Mac-based systems, as well as Windows environments.
- Assisting with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments as required.
- Providing clear and effective communication to users and team members.
- Promoting a team-oriented approach to problem-solving and support delivery.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Proficiency with JIRA and ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.
- Experience managing and supporting SaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Mac operating systems, in addition to Windows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering top-notch support.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
