Junior Systems Administrator/Windows/Server Installs/Client Facing

An MSP is looking for a Junior Systems Administrator who can travel up to an hour for client support in Pennsylvania. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual who has experience supporting Windows OS, installing servers/switches and is comfortable interacting with clients.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who likes being in a client facing role. This position requires a lot of client interaction, and the company is looking for someone with a good personality and positive attitude over the phone and in person. Travel up to an hour to client sites is required and travel reimbursement will be provided.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience installing servers/switches
• Ability to use Active Directory
• VMware experience
• Experience handling and troubleshooting level 1-3 support tickets
• Good personality, willingness to interact with and travel to clients
• Skilled in supporting Windows OS
• Understanding and experience with M365 stack

Desired Skills & Experience

• Skilled in working with firewalls specifically SonicWall
• Basic knowledge of Cisco technologies
• Experience working with storage (NetApp, EMC)
