CTO / Hybrid Philly

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a CTO or equivalent capacity

• Proven expertise in cloud architecture, DevOps, and scalable IT infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux, Windows Server environments, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Excellent strategic planning and project management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

• Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities
