Job Description

The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing their Security Operations team, composed of 1 SOC lead and 2 SOC analysts. A cyber background is required, but they want someone who is very strategic over technical.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with hands-on security
• 6-10 years of management experience
• CISSP
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• SANS or CISM certificate
• BA in computer science, MIS, or related field
• Strong analytical skills

• 20% Security Engineering & Architecture
