Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and task-driven Project Manager to join our client's Workday Integration and Optimization team. This high-impact role focuses on the implementation and rollout of Workday modules and UKG Pro WFM within a large-scale enterprise environment. You will be responsible for driving success across multiple streams, including HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Integrations, and Data Conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project activities for Workday modules including HCM, FIN, SCM, AP, Integrations, and Data Migration.
• Manage tasks related to the implementation of UKG Pro WFM as part of the broader OneERP initiative.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and effective resource management.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and project tracking to ensure all milestones are met.

Role Requirements:

• Workday Expertise: Previous experience rolling out Workday for large enterprises or significant experience working on complex Workday projects.
• Operational/Functional Specialized Areas: Proven background running projects associated with AP, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT specifically within a Healthcare System.
• Technical Skills: Must be well-versed in Agile methodologies and the Google Office Suite (along with other standard office applications).
• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and a strong drive for task completion.

Desired Soft Skills:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Organization: Superior time management and organizational capabilities.
• Tooling: Advanced proficiency in Google Office applications is a significant plus.
