Required Skills & Experience

• Logistics knowledge and strong phone etiquette.
• Data entry skills and dispatching experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Automotive logistics experience.

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

• Contact pickup locations via phone and email to confirm vehicle status (running condition, keys,
  release requirements, fees due).
• Document all updates accurately in systems, including OMP, OTM, RDN, AIMS, Work Bench, and My Supply Chain.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
