Required Skills & Experience
- Logistics knowledge and strong phone etiquette.
- Data entry skills and dispatching experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Automotive logistics experience.
- Contact pickup locations via phone and email to confirm vehicle status (running condition, keys,
release requirements, fees due). - Document all updates accurately in systems, including OMP, OTM, RDN, AIMS, Work Bench, and My Supply Chain.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
