This is a mid-level AWS DevOps Engineer role based in Tempe, AZ with a flexible hybrid schedule. You’ll join a growing engineering team supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployments across a modern AWS environment. Perfect for someone who loves hands on DevOps work and wants to grow into more ownership and cloud architecture.
This position gives you full exposure to high impact cloud projects, modern DevOps tooling, and a collaborative engineering culture. You won’t be siloed, you would work directly with developers, security, and product teams to streamline deployments, improve reliability, and automate everything possible. It is a great role for someone who’s strong in AWS and IaC but wants to stop into more responsibility, build scalable systems, and work with leadership that invests in their engineers.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (ECS/EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM)
- Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Strong Linux and Docker experience
- Exposure to Kubernetes in production environments
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Ability to work onsite in Tempe 2–3 days/week
- Experience with EKS, Helm, or service mesh tools
- Observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Security automation or IAM best practices
- Experience supporting microservices environments
- Any certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.)
