Azure Devops Engineer
Scottsdale, Arizona
Full Time
$110k - $130k
AstreaX Solutions is seeking to bring on an experienced DevOps Engineer specializing in Microsoft Azure. They are a consulting firm with a diverse client base spanning government, education, and commercial sectors. Due to the nature of their clients, this role will involve working across a variety of projects and verticals, with most of the work focused on new builds rather than maintaining existing environments.
You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing DevOps solutions that support client build and release pipelines. The majority of applications will be written in .NET, so experience with how .NET applications are built, deployed, and optimized is critical. You will also manage Azure resources, provision environments, and work heavily within Azure PaaS for containers and microservices (AstreaX uses Azure’s native container offerings instead of Docker).
This position offers a high level of autonomy — you’ll be relied upon to make architectural decisions that directly influence the direction of entire projects. AstreaX is seeking a professional who can provide guidance and recommendations to leadership and engineering teams on cloud and DevOps strategy.
