Principal Cloud Engineer

We are partnering with a cutting edge startup that is building next generation streaming technology for the spatial computing industry. Their patented system enables real time, high fidelity content delivery without downloads or storage limits, creating a platform that mirrors the seamless experience people have today streaming music, movies, and TV. They’re looking for a full time Cloud Architect to help design, scale, and optimize their AWS based infrastructure to support global, dynamic streaming at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on AWS experience with proven architecture ownership
• Deep expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS
• Strong experience with serverless frameworks (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
• Skilled with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices
• Startup experience preferred — adaptability, initiative, and innovation are key
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and leadership teams

What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown

• 40% – AWS Architecture & Cloud Infrastructure (10+ years’ experience required; Lambda, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFront, etc.)
• 25% – Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)
• 15% – Serverless Development (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
• 10% – Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• 5% – Performance Optimization, Scalability, and Cost Management
• 5% – Collaboration with Engineering Teams in a Startup Environment
