System Support Specialist

A real estate company with a local presence in Phoenix, Arizona is looking for a System Support Specialist to add to their growing team. This individual will sit on a team that’s focused on fielding tickets from 500- 750 internal end users, mainly related to their software stack. This could be anything from password resets, connectivity issues, to deeper debugging ad a high percentage of tickets will be specific to the property management software, Yardi. Experience working in similar position with other similar property management software is totally okay as well.

This role will be on-site 5 days a week at an office located in the Biltmore area. Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in an IT support focused position with an emphasis on software support
• Experience with Yardi or other real estate software like Rent Cafe, RealPage, Funnel Leasing, Mews, AppFolio or SynXis
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Yardi Voyager
