We are working with a logistics provider for e-commerce brands. Right now, they are looking for a Regional IT Manager to join their team. You will report to the Director or IT in this role and be responsible for overseeing their East Coast warehouses, offices and IT support teams and functions. You will be overseeing a team of five Tier 2-3 support technicians, as well as assisting the Head of IT with project development, relationship management, and physical security measures management.
They are ideally looking for a manager having prior experience leading an IT team and is comfortable frequently travelling to the 3-5 warehouses in their region. You’ll be sitting in on various HR/IT leadership meetings, creating satisfaction surveys for personnel, training new staff on your team, creating incentives/team building projects, and working with IT leadership to do project development.
This is a direct hire role, fully onsite out of their Pittston, PA office – requires 50 to 75% travel.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience leading high level IT support teams – conducting training, team building, and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Strong project management and development skillsets – specifically on the network infrastructure side of the house.
- Knowledge of physical security and surveillance (specifically Unifi and Avigilon).
- Network administration experience with Meraki and Ubiquiti.
- Experience in a warehouse environment doing support with handheld scanners, PCs, label printers, and iPads.
- Bachelors or Masters in a related field or related certifications
- MBA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma Belt highly desirable
