Title: Project Manager II

Description:
• Creative/Production project manager for all projects including: Creative, Email, DM, Web, Events, Paid Media, Organic Media: - Own intake process, create new projects, manage project kickoff meetings - Manage and maintain the resourcing calendar for all projects - Daily project check-ins; follow up on late projects/tasks - Refine, enforce, and document the Workfront process - Troubleshoot issues raised by the Marketing team users - Onboard new team members and provide ongoing support/training - Handle global implementations and directives from Adobe Workfront Support Day-to-day operations and maintenance: - User Management: Setup and deactivation; manage issues with the request queues, update templates, and troubleshoot user login issues - User training and adoption - Develop and manage user training materials - Process documentation - Weekly office hours support - Keeping up with system updates and releases - Communicate with users on upcoming updates/releases and potential impact to current processes / workflows

• Maintain Peak 2 Project Schedule/Assignments (assuming this is mostly set up ahead of time)

• Scope/schedule/resource new projects

• Start setting up Peak 3 schedule

• General WF maintenance, reports as needed, system cleanup as needed etc.

• Moderate to heavy overhead of rescheduling and moving things around week to week based on prioritization

Skills: Mandatory: Demonstrated project management experience in Adobe Workfront
