Lead .NET developer / Dallas, TX / Hybrid / Healthcare

A leader in healthcare technology, this innovative company is on a mission to revolutionize pharmacy claims processing. Their flagship product streamlines pharmacy network efficiency and enhances operational performance, particularly within government-backed drug discount programs. To spearhead the development of their high-impact solutions, they’re seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to drive technical strategy and execution.

Role Overview

As a Lead .NET Developer, you’ll have a strategic role in designing, building, and deploying core products that redefine healthcare technology. Working cross-functionally, you will apply both technical expertise and leadership to ensure our applications deliver exceptional value and performance for healthcare clients.

Required Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in .NET development with strong command over C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC, ideally with experience leading development teams.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of .NET 6+, front-end technologies (JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js), and extensive hands-on experience with Azure for app deployment and optimization.
• Leadership Abilities: Excellent communication skills and proven experience leading teams, with a track record of successful project management in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of complex .NET applications, prioritizing scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive front-end feature design and oversee seamless integration with back-end systems.
• Manage application deployment and performance optimization on Azure, balancing cost-effectiveness and high availability.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a collaborative culture of learning and growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative, reliable technical solutions.
• Enforce best practices, conduct thorough code reviews, and uphold coding standards within the development team.

Office Location

• Location: Plano, TX
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid—3 days on-site, 2 days remote.

The Offer

• Base Salary $140-155K
• Bonus: 15%
