As a company committed to driving innovation in healthcare, they are looking for a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to lead their teams and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills and Experience 
  • Minimum 6+ years of .NET development
  • At least 2 years in a leadership and/or managerial role
  • Strong front-end development skills, including experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and responsive design.
  • Experience with database design and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services, including deployment, monitoring, and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with pharmacy-related applications is a plus.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Supervise and guide a team of .NET developers, encouraging collaboration and maintaining a high level of productivity. Offer technical direction, perform code reviews, and enforce adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee the planning and development of software projects.
  • Act as SME for the .NET framework, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
Office Location
  • Plano, TX
  • 3 days on site // 2 days WFH
