Senior .NET Developer / Plano, Texas

Their solutions are crafted to empower healthcare providers by strengthening retail pharmacy networks and boosting operational efficiency within government-supported drug discount programs. As they continue to innovate in the healthcare sector, they are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to help drive the advancement of their state-of-the-art solutions.

In this senior position, you will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of core products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, offering technical leadership to ensure that applications not only meet but surpass the expectations of healthcare clients.

Desired Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in .NET development, with a deep proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Extensive experience with front-end technologies, particularly JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proven track record in deploying and managing applications on Azure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or with pharmacy-related applications is an advantage.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain complex .NET applications with an emphasis on scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead the implementation of front-end features, ensuring smooth integration with back-end services.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on the Azure platform, optimizing for both performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are consistently followed across the development team.
