We are partnered with a SaaS based company that builds out platforms that are used for managing customer relations and sales enablement. They have been on the forefront of building out an AI based customer service application recently. The company has been around for nearly 40 years and are a publicly traded company. They are looking to bring on a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join their team. Right now, they are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who can take on some leadership/mentorship responsibilities. You will be helping with their AWS cloud-based services - EC2, S3, Lambdas, etc., while also helping with their containers, enhancing their Infrastructure-as-Code, and building upon their CI/CD pipelines. Ideally they are looking for someone skilled with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, Helm, Terraform, Octopus, and GitLab. Any scripting with Python or Bash is a nice to have. If you have ever worked on maintaining ISO 27001 compliance, that is a huge plus. This is a full-time direct hire position, it will be hybrid onsite two days per week (Wednesday/Thursday) in Richardson, TX. Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience working with AWS infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience working with Linux and Windows servers
- 3+ years experience working with Kubernetes, Helm, and the related DevOps toolchain in a production environment (not just a test environment)
- 3+ years experience using Terraform or similar tools to provision infrastructure from code
- Experience maintaining ISO 27001 compliance (or equivalent security standard)
- Familiarity working with various CI/CD solutions – for example, Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub actions, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy
- Experience working with and tuning Microservices at scale, with production workloads
- Experience managing relational and non-relational databases, for example, RDS MySQL, RedShift
- Familiarity with any of the following logging, monitoring, and alerting tools – CloudWatch, Splunk, StatusCake, Grafana, PagerDuty
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Ruby, Python
- Experience working with Agile software development teams
