Our client, a healthcare provider out of Plano, TX is hiring for an Enterprise Solutions Architect.

This is a role that will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient/scalable solutions into their platform. Additionally, this will be a very cross-functional role as you will be partnering with multiple teams within their IT eco-system, making sure that processes are being followed within a devops mindset while also staying in line with the business needs - teams like dev, QA, DevOps, site reliability, and business stake holders.

In terms of skills, they are looking for someone who knows .NET well - C#, .NET Core, etc. You will be working within an Azure environment with multiple containers and ci/cd pipelines. So knowledge on AKS, Azure DevOps, and monitoring tools will be beneficial.

Having that technical knowledge/understanding will help with setting the roadmap with stakeholders, making sure that the solution/implementations are achievable.

This is a full-time position, will be onsite 3 days a week out of their Plano office. Compensation will range between $170-190K plus a potential bonus.

Requirements
  • Previous work experience as an Enterprise Architect in a technology company or other technical leadership role.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a development role and at least 1-year experience in leadership.
  • Architecting for cloud experience. MS Azure is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
  • Advanced level of English.

  • Microsoft Azure DevOps experience
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
