Position Overview
A client of ours, a well-established & woman-owned IT Consulting firm, is looking for to add a ServiceNow Administrator to their team! In business since the 1980s & primarily focused on supporting government agencies, this client is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator. This new addition would need to manage, configure, and sustain the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures platform reliability, compliance, and effectiveness with emphasis on system upgrades, IT Service Management (ITSM) support, and daily administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage and coordinate platform upgrades and patches in accordance with DoD standards.
• Support and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Implement and maintain system security, RBAC, and STIG compliance.
• Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and process improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with DoD RMF controls and cybersecurity policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver new ServiceNow services and capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification
• ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration experience in an enterprise/DoD environment
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and migrations
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM Specialist, ITOM, etc.)
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity and compliance requirements
