Our Client is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its Paralegal Department in a hybrid workplace environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position supporting complex litigation matters for a nationally recognized legal organization. The role focuses on advanced litigation case management, discovery, trial preparation, and the use of modern litigation support and e-discovery technologies.
This is an opportunity for an experienced, career-track litigation paralegal to serve as a lead paralegal on large, complex matters while also providing guidance and informal mentorship to junior team members. Required Skills & Experience-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in an AmLaw 100 firm or specialized litigation boutique

Experience with all stages of litigation, including intake, discovery, and trial

Experience preparing for and attending trials, arbitrations, and hearings

Experience coordinating trial and arbitration logistics, including vendors and remote trial offices

Strong case file management skills for both paper and electronic records

Proficiency in cite-checking and Bluebook rules

Experience with court and administrative agency filings, including e-filings

Strong attention to detail, accountability, and service orientation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

BS/BA from an accredited college required

Experience using e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Nuix Discover)

Experience with litigation support software (e.g., LiveNote, CaseMap)

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Experience using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Adobe Acrobat

Paralegal certificate preferred

Prior experience mentoring or training junior paralegals

Litigation support and e-discovery tools

Case management and calendaring systems

Legal research platforms and document management software

Perform full-cycle litigation case management, including discovery and trial support

Maintain and implement case calendaring systems for filings and deadlines

Organize, retrieve, and manage documents for case teams

Lead discovery and witness preparation support efforts

Coordinate and oversee work of junior paralegals and support staff on large matters
-
Liaise between attorneys, support teams, courts, vendors, and outside entities
-
Draft, review, and analyze routine legal documents under attorney supervision

Conduct legal research as requested

Improve and implement litigation support systems and procedures

Maintain strict confidentiality and professional integrity

Travel and work overtime as required by case needs
Salary Range: $87,500 – $140,000 (dependent on experience)
