A consulting firm based in DC that does a lot of work supporting the government, specifically in Civic tech is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer. Their work spans from software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and more. The goal is to use agile methods and deliver for government clients.
As a Lead AI/ML Engineer:
- You will be very client-facing, so someone with exceptional communication skills is needed.
- This person needs to have extensive experience doing ML model development/deployment working specifically with modern tools like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- They are OK with folks coming from more of a statistical modeling background so long as within the last 3 years they have been architecting and scaling AI/ML models while also being client facing.
-Python expert and it is also good to have experience with Pandas.
-Exposure to AWS cloud, so any exposure to that is great.
- Must be a US citizen who is eligible to obtain a public trust clearance
