A mid-sized software company is looking for a Data Engineer. They are a software company which created and sells a network product called ITPie, which is a software tool which provides organizations with detailed insights and control over their IT networks, manages network-attached devices, visualizes network relationships, and generates actionable reports. Their product is used both in and outside the federal government, but one of the larges clients is the Department of Defense (specifically the US Army), and this is used now on most domestic US Army bases.
The position is structured as a 6-month contract to hire role. The role is fully remote and will accept junior and mid-level engineers (between 2-5 years of experience).

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Network Engineering
- Experience working with Regular Expressions
- Experience with C# or Java
- Experience with SQL or Python
- United States Citizenship
- Working on the data import pipeline for a web-based product that assists network engineers in managing large-scale networks
- Working within a small team of 3 to 5 people in a process that is similar to SCRUM.
