Required Skills & Experience
- Experience designing and documenting enterprise software solutions
- Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
- Experience managing scope, change, and competing priorities
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Experience supporting multi-release software products
- Background working closely with engineering teams
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
