They are seeking a Mid–Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to work on greenfield application development for private equity portfolio companies. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and deploy modern web applications from the ground up, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
This is an opportunity to work on new product development rather than legacy maintenance, with direct impact on business outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with C# and modern .NET
- Hands-on experience with Angular 12+ in production environments
- Solid experience working with SQL Server
- Experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS
- Strong understanding of full stack application architecture and API design
- Experience working on greenfield or net-new application development
- Experience working with private equity–backed companies or fast-scaling organizations
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Exposure to cloud-native or microservices architectures
- Experience collaborating in Agile or Scrum environments
- 10% maintenance
- 90% new development
Daily Responsibilities:
- Design and develop greenfield full stack applications using modern .NET and Angular
- Build scalable backend APIs and services using C# and .NET
- Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend experiences using Angular (12+)
- Work with SQL Server to design and optimize relational data models
- Deploy and support applications in AWS cloud environments
- Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams to define technical solutions
- Contribute to code quality, testing, and best practices across the development lifecycle
- Hybrid between either Tempe, AZ or Tucson, AZ office
- 2-3 days onsite
- $50-70/hr
