Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Searcher to support Search & Retrieval Services for clients within the title, legal, and lending industries. This role requires working independently to fulfill litigation search requests accurately and within defined turnaround times while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities-
Conduct litigation and public record searches using proprietary databases (SIS) and state/local government websites

Process and manage orders independently while adhering to established turnaround times (24–72 hours)

Update order status accurately within the OMS system throughout the search lifecycle

Prepare, review, and deliver comprehensive search reports based on client instructions

Communicate proactively with clients regarding order status, delays, or issues

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resend searches as requested

Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all search results and reports

Coordinate and communicate with vendors to support order fulfillment

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client rapport

Assist team members across departments during high-volume periods as needed

Minimum 5 years of experience in an office or professional services environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines

Strong research, data collection, and analytical skills

Ability to identify issues, analyze information, and develop effective solutions

Proven ability to manage difficult or sensitive customer situations professionally
