Senior Data Scientist (Onsite in DC)

A Washington DC–based startup is looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join their expanding team. The company is building an innovative platform designed to empower political campaigns and advocacy groups. By utilizing data analytics, they help campaigns work more effectively—boosting voter outreach, optimizing digital advertising strategies, and supporting smarter decision-making. Their system features an extensive database of over 20 million current donors, including comprehensive profiles, contribution records, background information, and contact details.

Required Skills:

• 6 years of experience working in Data Science
• Proficient coding skills with Python
• Expert with ETL
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform
• Statistical Modeling experience
• Ability to work onsite in DC 5-days per week

Preferred Skills:

• Machine Learning Experience
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of data professionals
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
