We are working with a well-known financial institution on their search for a Systems Operations Engineer to join their team. This client has been an industry leader for over 100 years and is continuously innovating.
They are ideally looking for someone that has experience with Windows server work, anything around server remediation or server decommissioning. In addition to experience with VMWare, PowerShell scripting and some SQL knowledge. This role involves working with the compliance team and working in and around data from different sources.
Contract Duration: 12 Months with 3-day hybrid in Westlake, TX Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Windows server work around remediation or decommissioning
- PowerShell scripting
- Compliance, eDiscovery, or Archiving application experience
- VMWare
- MS SQL, Oracle, and T-SQL experience and any query writing
- 80% Windows Server
- 20% PowerShell scripting
- 90% Hands On
