Mid-Level Systems Engineer/InTune/Office 365/Entra ID

A SaaS company in Montgomery County is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the team of about eight others.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of Office 365 applications and services.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device management and application deployment.
• Support Entra ID for identity and access management solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, addressing issues proactively.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID.
• Understanding of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with security best practices and identity management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
