A mid-sized logistics company with a corporate office and warehouse setting is seeking a Microsoft 365 Cloud Administrator to manage and support their cloud environment. The IT department is small and tight-knit, so the role requires someone capable of both independent work and collaboration, willing to take full ownership of all things Microsoft 365. You’ll respond to user tickets involving account setup, terminations, device configuration, network and printer troubleshooting, as well as manage, secure, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment. The role is hybrid in Wood Dale, IL.

The role demands a self-motivated professional with hands-on experience (mid to senior level) who can multitask, stay organized, and be comfortable as a technical point of contact. Certification is not required but a solid educational background and relevant experience are expected. The environment is quiet and flexible, ideal for someone seeking a stable, low-stress position in a supportive environment.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Experience managing M365 Cloud environments
  • Proficiency troubleshooting printers, device configuration, and basic Networking
  • Experience working in small teams
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with Security & Compliance features in M365
  • Prior experience supporting logistics or warehousing environments
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and Windows device management systems
