NET Software Engineer – Full Stack | Tempe or Tucson, AZ

Our client, a leading technology consulting company based in Arizona, is hiring multiple .NET Software Engineers to support new initiatives across government and private-sector clients. This hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2 remote) is based in Tempe or Tucson, AZ .NET software Engineers joining this team gain exposure to high-visibility, forward-thinking projects with modern technology and little maintenance work.
Our client is seeking mid- to senior-level .NET engineers, including one who can step into a Tech Lead role. You’ll collaborate with an agile, fast-moving team and work on greenfield applications. If you enjoy clean architecture, hands-on development, and seeing your work make real-world impact, this is the place to grow your .NET career.
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Contract-to-Hire target at 6 months)
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5 + years of professional experience with .NET / C#
  • Recent, hands-on Angular development
  • Strong background with SQL Server and stored procedures
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services
  • Experience building and maintaining enterprise web applications
  • Ability to work hybrid in Tempe or Tucson 3 days per week
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading development teams
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

  • 10% Team Collaboration and Client Meetings
