A leading financial firm is seeking a dynamic leader to drive its IT Infrastructure strategy. This hybrid role (3 days on-site) offers the opportunity to shape a critical technology function within a highly respected financial organization.

• Expertise with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure

• Strong background in virtualization tools

• Solid networking knowledge

• Proficiency with security tools

• Systems administration experience

• IT budgeting and resource planning

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 80% Leadership & Management

• 20% Hands-on Technical Work

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT Infrastructure Engineers, Help Desk, Data, and related technology teams

• Partner with senior leadership to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency across systems

• Drive innovation while maintaining a stable and secure infrastructure environment

• $200K–$225K base salary
