Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications engineering or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Power Platform, WordPress, and server/systems administration (Windows and Linux).
- Proven experience handling Priority 1 incidents and operational break-fix issues.
- Strong understanding of monitoring tools like New Relic.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams.
Application Management:
- Oversee enterprise applications, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Perform regular maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and monitoring application environments.
- Diagnose and resolve complex break-fix issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining application health.
- Act as a lead responder for Priority 1 incidents, driving resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Leverage tools like New Relic to monitor application performance and generate actionable insights.
- Own, drive, and provide status updates for strategic projects across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transitions from project delivery to operations.
- Assist teams in designing and delivering innovative application features and solutions.
- Contribute to automating operational tasks
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with peers, leaders, and stakeholders.
