Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts (Finance, business, and math)
  • 4 years of business and/or finance experience.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including statistical analysis, process design, and data management
  • Strong interpersonal skills in teamwork, communication, presentation, and time management to enable effective collaboration with teams throughout the organization.
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team team-oriented environment
  • Ability to apply task prioritization and work well under pressure with a sense of urgency while remaining focused.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Compensation administration, sales/marketing analytics, and sales operations.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Microsoft Power BI)
  • Competency with SQL and Salesforce reporting.
  • Anaplan Model Building Knowledge.
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
  • Analyze trends and market factors to set appropriate targets/quotas for assigned sales teams in alignment with business needs and sales team operations.
  • Own quota setting pipeline, actively communicate deliverables and timelines with Sales team members
  • Collaborate closely with boundary partners and allied functions to understand business priorities, sales strategies, sales execution, and data structures.
  • Collect data from various databases and departmental resources to utilize in quota setting and understand drivers of performance.
  • Provide analytical support and insight into assigned targets/quotas, highlighting key assumptions made in quota allocation and their potential effects on KPIs.
  • Other duties as needed or required.
