We are looking for a SAP Security Functional Architect to join our team for a long-term contract in Atlanta, GA (hybrid).
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience with SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration required
- 3+ years of experience with SAP GRC 10.1 or Access Control 12.0
- Strong knowledge of SAP Security profiles and authorizations Team player to help analyze, create, and maintain the SAP security users and roles based on security policies and SOX requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the SAP Teams and Business Teams to meet business needs while providing a secure and auditable SAP environment.
- Ensure the team achieves Audit compliance, management defined performance metrics, and provides input to all SAP Security related policies, procedures, control sets, and best practices.
- Experienced with SAP security role design and implementation, user administration and SOX compliance in various SAP applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to present and explain technical information to diverse types of audiences.
- Must be self-motivated, team player, and able to immediately contribute to a fast paced, deadline intensive environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- SAP Security Functional Architect (grade 9) or Team Leader_SAP (grade 7) SAP role and authorization design, SOX audit compliance, user provisioning, 2nd level support for SAP User security issues
- Leads and develops technical and business systems related activities of major significance.
- Advises project managers and clients on technical solutions.
- Responsible for assisting in preparing project proposals.
- Performs code review and acts as a single point of contact for all SAP developments.
- Writes and validates the technical specification and creates test scripts.
- Supports production configuration and assist in functional change requests.
- Assists with initial testing of problem fixes, change requests, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Works with the SAP Functional experts to facilitate incident and problem resolution.
- Resolves complex technical issues and independently manages critical/complex situations.
- Supports business implementations by sharing best practice development skills.
- Participates in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and makes recommendations
