Sr. Salesforce Consultant

Our client, a major U.S. airline, is actively looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join their team in Atlanta, GA! This role is onsite hybrid near the airport so local candidates are required.

***This is a 1 year contract to hire position***

This Senior Salesforce Consultant will serve as the champion of Salesforce standards and best practices for service cloud use cases. They will also support the business in their use of sales and service processes within Salesforce and train users and make appropriate changes in Salesforce to validation rules, objects, fields, queues, and flows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Salesforce Service Cloud experience required; Sales Cloud is also a plus including building user profiles, permission sets, and groups
• Ability to articulate why you would build a process in Salesforce and how
• Ability to troubleshoot when flows do not work as expected or users' experience in the system does not align with trained processes
• Strong communication skills

What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitate the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Design, configure, and test various Salesforce Modules
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
• Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
