You'll be providing crucial IT support across the firm, using technologies like Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Jira, and both Windows and macOS systems.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
  • 3+ years of Microsoft experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory
  • Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
  • Familiarity with Jira ticketing systems
  • Basic networking knowledge (VPN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
