Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- 3+ years of Microsoft experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory
- Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
- Familiarity with Jira ticketing systems
- Basic networking knowledge (VPN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
