Business Analyst / ERP Development

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a leading manufacturing organization in their office near Schaumburg, IL in a fully-onsite requirement. In this key role, you will drive the implementation and optimization of our ERP (Syteline) system, enhancing business processes and fostering continuous improvement through innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize the Syteline ERP system to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to align technology solutions with business practices.
• Document and manage business requirements and system configurations.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical resources.
• Assist with system testing, training, and ongoing user support.
• Ensure effective data integration with other applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Syteline or similar ERP systems in manufacturing or distribution like SAP
• Proficient in Syteline modules, system integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP design, testing, and documentation.

Location: Fully onsite at our facility in Bartlett, IL.
