R&D Engineer / Java / Onsite

Job Description There is an exciting opportunity to join SaaS company on a fulltime basis as a Research & Development (R&D) Engineer. This is a fully onsite position and will only consider local candidates (no relocation).

This engineer will be working on proof-of-concepts that could be integrated with existing products or working on new product development. This team hires developers that are tinkerers at heart and thrive off a challenge. If you have an active GitHub or participate in trainings or side projects outside of your day-to-day, this role could be a great fit. Most of their products are in Java so they will be looking for a solid foundation in both Java and Computer Science fundamentals.

• At least one year of professional Java experience (could be internships)
• Demonstrated interest in technology via side projects, GitHub, trainings, etc.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills – they are looking for enthusiasm!
• BS in Computer Science
