Job Description:
A venture capital firm specializing in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a sharp and punctual Help Desk Engineer to support internal staff and early-stage companies within their portfolio. This is a long-term contract role based in Cambridge and Fenway (Boston). The position offers a unique opportunity to work with innovative startups in the incubator phase and provides hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
You will split your time between:

Supporting internal users at the firm

Assisting recently launched companies at their respective offices

Working with new startups housed within the firm's corporate incubator space
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across Mac and Windows environments

Manage and support devices using JAMF (for Macs) and Intune

Troubleshoot and administer Azure Active Directory

Ensure high levels of customer service and timely resolution of technical issues
Requirements:

Proficiency in both Windows and Mac environments

Experience with JAMF and Microsoft Intune

Familiarity with Azure Active Directory

Strong communication skills, punctuality, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced startup setting

Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week
