Lead Mechanical Engineer

They're seeking a dynamic Lead Mechanical Engineer to join their team and help turn the vision into reality. 

As the Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced mechanical systems for their AI-driven hair braiding solutions. You will lead a team of talented engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience. 
Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in personal care product manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and experience with mechanical design and analysis tools.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
