Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in personal care product manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and experience with mechanical design and analysis tools.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
